Employment – with our Clients
We work closely with our Clients in carrying out our executive search (headhunt) activities. This is primarily to develop bespoke solutions for their recruitment needs. In conjunction with our Clients, we adopt policies and procedures that fully embrace the legal requirements, as well as their corporate goals and policies together with evolving social trends.
We ensure that the job descriptions we produce are fully compliant, as are the research techniques and Candidate approach methodology we adopt. We maintain an audit trail of all our actions and the relevant consequences. Our reporting methodology concentrates on the relevance of each Candidate to the brief and their particular circumstance and ability. Selection criteria avoid age discrimination.
Furthermore, we work with our Clients reinforcing their culture that values employees of all ages and backgrounds.
