The interview process

So you’ve taken our call, received the documents and decided to take things forward. The next step is a meeting with us, after that it’s a meeting with our Client.

Don’t become what you think our Client wants. It’s vital they see the real you. As well as your technical and market knowledge, they’ll want to get to know your personality, ethics, ambitions and fears. Tell them if something’s important to you, however trivial, and always answer questions openly. 

Be prepared to talk about your desired remuneration package, if asked. We’ll have told our Client what you want but they may wish to discuss it in more detail.

Talk about your achievements in terms of the overall business benefits they created. If possible, take evidence (just a few sheets). Make your experience as relevant to our Client’s business as possible.

And finally, remember to relax and enjoy the experience. It’s not compulsory and you should only take the role if you believe that everyone will benefit.
