Clients’ growth plans sometimes require more than headhunting an Executive. As such, we’ve been applying our headhunt acumen to finding organisations that our Clients can merge with or acquire.   

We start with a detailed Brief (focusing on cultural and business fit) before carrying out extensive research. As we don’t act as a selling/buying agent it’s likely the short-listed companies aren’t ‘for sale’ when we first contact them.

Each short-listed organisation is comprehensively reviewed, looking at brand, premises, intellectual capital, stakeholder chemistry etc. Our audit trail sets the scene for subsequent due diligence (which we don’t do but are happy to work with the appointed consultants).

Post-merger we support the integration process eg role profiles, mentoring, outplacement, cultural alignment, competency workshops or providing a ‘help line’ for concerned employees.

Our skill is finding the right match by bringing companies not ‘for sale’ to the negotiating table. So far we’ve got a 100% success rate.
