Headhunting often gets a bad rap. We’re not surprised. Between the misconceptions that we trade in the same stock and that we simply "steal" talent we have our work cut out.
It’s understandable that companies dislike the headhunter who approaches their staff, petrified that their best people will be enticed away.
But there’s another way to look at it.
If the headhunter’s call is feared it may already be too late. That call should be viewed as the acid test of culture, workload, brand, HR policy and remuneration packages. If the headhunter is successful, then something, somewhere is amiss.
Basically we make good organisations better allowing our Candidates’ careers to flourish at the same time.
Trojan is all about the win/win solution for Candidates and Clients alike. We don’t re-approach people we’ve placed. We don’t coerce people into roles that aren’t right for them. So when we do place someone our conscience is always, always clear. And we're proud to have helped.
